Ingredients
  

For the Soup
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup miso paste Choose high-quality miso for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup tofu, diced Can substitute with silken tofu for a creamier texture.
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced Garnish just before serving for freshness.
  • 1 cup seaweed (wakame or similar), rehydrated

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a pot, bring the 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Once boiled, reduce heat to low and stir in the 1/4 cup of miso paste until fully dissolved.
  3. Gently add the diced tofu and rehydrated seaweed to the pot and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with sliced green onions just before serving and serve immediately.

Notes

You can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer preservation, freeze for up to a month. Reheat on stove gently.
